I have been a freelance copyeditor and writer for eight years. Though I have primarily worked on academic theses, papers and articles, my portfolio also includes children’s stories, website copy, personal blogs, cover letters, art exhibition pamphlets and more. In addition to my freelance work, I worked professionally as an editor for Ofsted, the British government watchdog for standards in education, children’s services and skills. I am a dual national British and American citizen adept in both British and American English. I hold a BA in Government and Politics from Claremont McKenna College in California, an MSc in Business Management from the University of East Anglia and an MA in Cultural History from the University of Manchester.
